Just to mention it, plumbing sucks. Last night I discovered that there was a slow leak on the sprayer for our kitchen's sink - no idea how long it had been there but there was visible damage in the cabinet under the sink. The leak was happening because an o-ring was wearing out on the sprayer attached to the faucet/tap, so after dinner I went to Home Depot to get a new o-ring. While there I picked up a small box of multiple sizes, figuring it might save me a trip some other time.
While my wife was putting our toddler to bed I popped out for a quick snack, found an Indian restaurant next door with some rather tasty deserts. Went for chai and some cheese-based thing that's quite good.
I have a small freelance client whose site I've offered to port to D8 pro-bono as a learning exercise for myself and a friend who's learning Drupal. It'll take a number of months to do, even though architecturally it's a small site, but that's fine. My very first step was to create an initial plan on what steps we'd need to do to to plan the site build. Seeing as this list ended up being completely generic, I figured I'd share it.
